Monday Cafe/Cardio
Good morning!
I'm having a lazy day today. Usually I'm up at 5:00 and rearing to go, today after driving my hubby to the train, I went back to bed until 9:00.
My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi go lean
Snack - almonds
Lunch - cheese quesadilla (low carb)
Snack - veggies w/yogurt dip
Dinner - pot roast w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
