Just got back from a weekend at out cottage. I ate well while I was gone!  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - ricotta cheese
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese on 1/2 slice of low carb bread
Snack - veggies w/cream cheese
Dinner - chicken w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
Looking forward to another good week!

I started my day off pretty good, but then I got invited our to the Buffett for dinner.  All in all I don't think I did too bad although watching people come back to the table with there plates running over kind of made me sick.

EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
B -    Turkey Bacon w/Spinanch Omelet
L -    Buffet - Grilled Chicken, Baked Spinach topped with cheese, forkful of noodles, small 
         square piece of cake w/3 slices of peaches. (didn't eat the cheese on the spinach)
D -    1/2 Apple w/ Peanut Butter
S -     EAS Chocolate Protein Shake

I'm done for the night...I am stuffed!
