relatively new to the board
hey y'all, im susan and i am fairly new to the group, i have been reading through the old threads and am so glad to be here. i got BOT about a month ago, after a 28 pound re-gain, my lowest weight was 10 pounds from goal. Trying to break these bad habits and get back on the losing train... so far i have lost 8 pounds, so 30 to goal! I must say i really like the cardio cafe thread, i need to be accountable for my eating as grazing is a HUGE problem for me! I am struggling with not drinking with my meals, and the Devil Himself aka White Carbs.
I am in the process of getting my plastics surgery worked out with insurance, my doc says i will lose approx 15 pounds between my panni and BR/BL...really want to get w/in 10 pounds of goal before surgery.

Congrats on getting back on track and the 8 lb. loss. It's so easy to fall back into the bad habits. It's been over 10 years for me and I've also have a hard time with not drinking with meals. I always have something in my hands to drink, so when I eat, it's just a habit. I've been BOTTing for the past year on and off. I know that it's possible to go back to the basics and lose, even this far out. I'm looking forward to reading your posts.

Hey Susan. Welcome! I'm almost two years out and still not gotten to goal... I have some eating issues and get the crazy cravings and have to stay away form the carbs for the most part, but I'm trying to come to a good balance and restart losing. I've been bouncing up and down in weight due to water weight, but I haven't gone down much for some time now... and I want to get there and start looking into plastics myself. Congrats on the 8 pound loss!
