New Week, Help!

Oh how I long to be BOTT this new day, this new week, even be BOT for a month, I haven't known that feeling of accomplishment in years. Please let it start this day, this hour, this minute, this second. ......... This is the cry of a lady feeling so defeated by her 40 lbs gain, and so scared this trend is not going to stop, not going to turn around.... Kathy

you can do it.  I usually put smaller goals.  Like 10 lbs at a time.  
You can do it.  It takes a lot - but you know what to do.   
40 lbs is just - that.  First 10 - shall be quick - if you can cut most simple carbs. And start drinking a lot of water.  After that - you can approach 5 lbs at a time...

Kathy, I am so proud of you for reaching out.  You did it before I even had a chance to read your post from Saturday.  See I saw my name and I went to that post 1st.  Well I usually see what was posted in between my posts anyways since I try to post regularly.  See my other emails to you.  You can do this!!  I am sending you positive thoughts now you have to say it over and over to yourself so you really believe it also......:-) 

You can do it.  and believe me you are not the only one in this position.  I believe when kids are back in school the boards will be more active.  If not a few of us are here regularly.  Hala is here more than me and I love her new thing of setting goals and checking in. 

Keep up the good work, you are on your way Kathy!!  We are here for you!!
