New month - new goals... post them for you to remember
But I like them to be "liquid" so if things happen that I can't meet them - I revisit them and adjust.
"taking conditions into accounts" - i.e. if it is raining - I will NOT be walking outside - unless the rain caught me there. if friends call and the need me - I will not go to yoga. So - there are compromises - and not meeting my goals - if justified - is not a big deal.
So here it goes:
My August goals:
1. maintain my weight. ( to stay within my goal range yes - I am happy were I am and do not need to lose or gain)
2. yoga - this month - at least 10 times
3. walking - like last month - I would like to Me my 31 miles per month (1 miles a day average) brisk walking.
4. Avoid all artificial sweeteners and eat as much natural foods as possible.
