What are your goals this week to get BOT?

Polar A5.  It is wonderful!!  I think they have a new one out now.  But I called Polar and they still have some left.

My goal this week is to eat protein/fruits/veggies for breakfast instead of including bread of some type.  I know that when I start my day with protein my cravings are fewer all day long.

I find the same thing.  I had gotten back into the habit of eating high fiber cereals vs. high protien cereals and the high protien cereals kept me fuller longer.  But like you said, real protien is the real deal and nothing beats it for keeping hunger in check and keeping the pounds away.  Good goal!  I am working on this myself.
