What are your goals this week to get BOT?

My goal this week is to focus on protein, protein and more protein and limited carbs.  My goal is also to burn over 8,000 in exercise this week.  Last week I hit 5,200.   I will be logging all my strength training minutes and light house work also.

I wore my HRM today doing housework and it was close to MFP.com calories burned, which surprised me! Normally I would mess around and stop while cleaning but since I had on my trusting HRM, I kept moving to keep it moving and I am going to do this from now on because I will get a better calorie burn.

What are your goals this week?

I think eveyone has made great choices with their goals this week. For myself, since I've only been back on track 1 week, I'm still struggling with my water intake and I have done NO exercising (disappointing I know). I just wanted to focus on what I was eating this week and will incorporate exercise next week. Right now I need to get that  WATER, WATER, WATER !!!

Chin's up everyone.

Hello Lori,

Welcome!! You have taken your 1st step to progress and getting BOT!  It is not easy getting back on track.  When I started back in March getting BOT I started little by little.  Thank goodness I had not completely stopped exercising.  I was still doing Leslie Sansone DVD's at home 3 or 4 days a week.  I think if I had not I would have gained more weight than I did over the last 3 years.

I did not start going back to the gym until April 22nd and now I am up to 4 to 5 days a week at the gym and I may do a DVD on the weekends.

Kudos to you for being back here on BOTT and OH.com!   This has really helped me even though I have not been perfect and thought I would have lost more weight by now also.  The important thing is I have stopped the bleeding (gaining weight)  and I am losing weight slowly but surely.

You can do the same!  I have these 3 P's that I repeat to myself everyday.  Perseverance, Patience and Positive thinking.  You can do it!!  Just keep coming back here for support!! We are here for you.

Mind sharing which HRM you have?
