Hello,

Today is going much better than yesterday; thanks to this site!!

after workout - 1/2 cup trail mix
b - tall no whip mocha frap
s - 1/2 cup fruit & 3 tootsie rolls
l - 4 pieces ****tail size rye bread with herbed cream cheese and cucumbers
 1/4 cup cottage cheese
s - ?
d - 1/2 BLT with turkey bacon
s - popcorn

Workout - 40 min of run/walk intervals on the treadmill
