Females only

My sugery was 8 years ago on July 11th. Went from 310 down to 160. Had tummy tuck in 2004. Went down to 140. My ideal weight is 150 for me. In 2005 had to quit my job. Gradually started to regain. Got up to 210.  After a tummy tuck you regain in the weirdest places. I am now down to 183. My question is: I have gainrd some in the female privates, will that go away as I lose more weight. Would like to be able to tuck tops in again. Right now, I feel like I have male anatomy going on down there . Thank you for any help.
