Good Morning Everyone!
Hope everyone had a GREAT 4th. I know I did!
I usually go back home, the Poconos, for a family reunion during this time of year at least every other year. This last weekend was the year I was to go. With all the changes at work I was not able to take time off this year. Instead of getting upset about a situation I am unable to change I had my first cookout at my house since surgery 3 years ago. We had a wonderful time and everything on my menu was either WLS and/or diabetic friendly and no one was the wiser.
Today is back to reality and the office. It is suppose to get above 100 degrees here and my office is on the 2nd floor of a building that can not keep up with heat, so I am sure it will be very warm in my office this afternoon. I will need to be mindful of keeping hydrated. I tend to wait until I am thirsty to drink and that is usually too long to wait.
My plan for eats today:
1. Click/chocolite/PB2/almond milk shake
2. cottage cheese
3. Venti Soy latte
4. cheese sticks
5. Grande Soy latte (treat receipt)
6. Smoked turkey/Low fat cheese and sliced tomato w/ spicey mustard roll-ups
7. maybe some watermelon slices

Hope everyone enjoyed their families and the holiday. It's back on track today. Likewise here it's suppose to be unbearable with temps in the 100 degree range. Looking forward to spending as much time in this COLD office as possible.
Will be working out very carefully today at home. The gym has been so crowded it's hard to get a treadmill or machines to work out on unless you go late like nine or ten at night.

L - Tuna w/ tossed garden salad - LF Italian dressing
D - Grilled Tilapia w/ green beans - cucumber salad
S - Oiko Blueberry Greek Yogurt w/ extra blueberries (26g carbs)
Calories 913 Fat 22g Carbs 80g Protein 101g
