So today, my plan is:

TSP faux cereal with flax, walnuts, and almond milk (I always used unsweetened, usually vanilla)

Cheese/meat (pitch-in today)

Quorn naked chik'n cutlets with salsa

SF cocoa/Boiled egg/blueberries

Tilapia/salad

Protein shake or bar

Vitamins: check, Fluids: on course, Exercise: walking
