Monday Cardio and Cafe
Good Morning Everyone!
Today is the official "First day of Summer", I just can not imagine it being any hotter then it has been this last month here.
How was your weekend? Mine was packed full of chores and errands. My poor sweet DH only made it through the morning hours of Saturday before he had to stop for the day. I felt like the EverReady bunny, I just kept going and going and going. Something I would not have been able to do three years ago in the heat or any weather for that matter. Every day since surgery is a WOW day.
Today I am scheduled in the office all day, but that could change. I have lots of cold foods for my meals/snacks and flavored waters to keep hydrated.
1. Click/chocolite/PB2/almond milk frappe
2. Grape salad w/added protein powder
3. cottage cheese and SF apple sauce
4. grilled hamburger patty w/ veggies
5. Protein frappe

Last week was crazy, I really couldn't get here to post. This week should be much better. I have an appointment with my hemotologist this afternoon. I've been feeling pretty blahhh lately. I should be due for an iron infusion. Today's meal plan:
Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks - Protein drinks
Dinner - Grilled chicken and veggies
Bedtime snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel

I am learning how to read food labels in another language. It hasn't been easy and their keyboard is a little different then ours.
I'm trying to do the best I can. Need to work out today.
By tomorrow I will be in the swing of things.

Morning all,
I know I missed last week but I was a busy girl traveling to Boston for work and other things! I did pretty good, considering, though, and had some really nummy sandwich from a place called Cosi while there. It was turkey, brie and honey mustard on a low cal whole wheat flat bread thing. I must say, not bad at all and pretty healthy!

L - Curried lentil and cabbage soup
S - Salad
D - Cheese burger and other cook-out-y stuff
