Good Morning Everyone!
I am so very HOT! The ac in my office can not keep up with this heat and yesterday it averaged 80 degrees and that was with 2 fans going in my small office to boost the ac. I hate being on the 2nd floor at this time of the year.
When I left the office yesterday I was exhausted. I think it was just the heat getting to me. I hate feeling so drained when I have things I want to do after work.
Today I will really push those fluids and probably keep my meals fluid also with protein shakes and frapps. Well that is my plan, we'll see how it works out.

If I heard right this morning, you are to have storms today, Goody. Hopefully that will cool things off a bit. Mother Nature is certainly on a rampage right now! Hot hot hot & muggy muggy muggy here too. My office which is normally like a refrigerator, has actually been a normal temperature so not too bad once I get inside. Makes walking outside out of the question!
Another day of hope - hope that the contract for my new job comes through which will start the finalization. Hope to have it all signed sealed and delivered by 30 June and start my new job 2 Aug. Time will tell. (Yet another chance to learn/practice patience!!! LOL)
A bit of walking, a bit of stair climbing and between 1400-1450 calories for me day. I promise!

Had somewhat of a plan today, but lost it at about 1pm today. I paid the price for it too, had a major dumping session at work. Not good. Took about 45 minute to wear off.
Plans for this evening:
40 minute workout @ 7pm
Light dinner - protein shake at 8pm
