I am almost two years out, I still need ot lose 30 to 40 pounds, This is a big step for me to come on and get accountable.  I have been able to maintain the 132 that I have lost but it is time to get the rest off.  I am going back to basics, it is different after weight loss surgery.  I am going back to eating every three hours and I am going to get all my water in.  I will take any advice and support. I can get..

I'm right behind you there.  I just passed a year and a half and I have been struggling since 6 months post op not go off course.  We have to look at how far we've come and keep on striving for that goal.  I think for some it seems to come easy, but I'm not one of those.  My appetite was back by 4 months post-op and I never lost my sweet tooth and I've got emotional eating issues I'm still dealing with. Still - I believe we can do this.  Look what we've do thus far!
