Hi everyone!!!  Just wanted to give some background as i'm new here...
I'm Sherri i'm 24 ( well in 4 days but who's counting) 243 before surgery and inm the mid 160's is where I came and stayed.   Decided I am trying to get down to 145 although my Dr set my goal between 160-170.  I Came back to my old roots a few days ago got back to doing 2 shakes a day and getting back to mostly good protein today already had 2 shakes and had a salad with steak and low cal vinneagrette for lunch.  Need to get back on track with exercise!! Tips and suggestions or words of encouragement are welcome!!!

welcome! everyone is great here and you will find great advice.
I am 1.5 yrs out and not yet at my goal (got preg 7mos out) during that time i did not try to loose...however i did loose 47 lbs since having her in a week she will be 3 mos anyway...anyway i am battling the last 30 being i was able to eat what i wanted while preg. it's a hard habit to break! BUT WE CAN DO IT....

Supper - we are here... we all need the support.
Just in case you do not know - www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com have great recipes, and a lot of people on main board and RNY post and have blogs with a lot of good info.
