I AM STILL HAVINGTROUBLE AT NIGHT ...I GOT UP AND AT SNACKS LAST NIGHT AND THEY WERE NOT HEALTHY!!
WHERE IS MY WILL POWER...WHERE IS MY LOVE FOR SELF?!!
ANYWAY HERE IS MY PLAN FOR TODAY
EM COFFEE
B- 2 HARD BOILED EGGS
S- SYNTHA 6 PROTEIN SHAKE
L- GRILLED CKN SALAD W LIGHT RANCH
S- EAS PROTEIN SHAKE
D- PINTO BEANS, GRILLED CHICKEN
S- CHOBIANI GREEK YOGURT
CAL= 1336 FAT= 31 CARB= 97 PROTEIN= 166
PROTEIN IS MORE THAN 10% OF CALORIES
CARBS ARE UNDER 100
WHAT IS FAT SUPPOSE TO BE AT OR LESS THAN??

Dear Cajun Buderfly,
I have the same issue. Not sure what the trigger, but I hate it.
Maybe we can come up with some good ideas to tips on how to avoid the fridge and stick to our meal plan.

I think for me it is the comfort food thing...i am not hungry...i simply want some sweets at night.I literally could scream when i am trying to fight this urge to binge on sweets....i need to come up with sweet treats that are with in my "plan" cal , carb, protein counts etc ( sugar free candy makes me sick)
also when these " snacks" (little debbie) are gone i am NOT buying anymore...the kids will just have to do with out them ..hubby too...who which has the worse sweet tooth...
besides they don't need them either ...i want all of us to be healthy... that's a start...
