I'm sick and tired of being fat.
I'm sick of focusing on food.
I'm sick of waking up and having my first thought be of food.
I'm sick of planning to the last carrot what I shop for, what I cook, what I eat.
I'm sick of dieting.
I'm sick of raw veggies.
I'm sick of shopping for clothes and having to buy a size larger than I want.
I'm sick of not being able to buy and wear the clothes I want because of my weight.
I'm sick and tired of not having the strength to stick with it.
I'm sick of starting over day after day.
I'm sick and tired of it all.

That's very true, thank you! I don't feel positive right now and I just wanted to complain. By getting it off my chest it helps me focus and move on. I haven't moved on yet, I'm still in the pit but I have hope.
Anyone else have something they want to add to the list? Maybe if we all get them out there we can acknowledge them for what they are and put them behind us.

We all have these days or weeks. I just pray it does not last too long for me because it can really sabotage my overall goals. Relapse and Rebound. I know you will rebound soon. Unfortunately we all are in this for a lifetime. We have a problem and it is not going any where no matter how sick and tired we get of it. Hang and there and pray for strength to rebound and I will keep you my prayers also. KIT and let us know when your rebound.
