First Day of Summer Challenge - How did you do this weekend?
We had storms all weekend so we kinda stayed in. Ate well but still need to get moving more
Going for a check up tomorrow so we will see what me missing my vitamins have done

Saturday my DH and I woke up 5:am couldn't get back to sleep, WE decided to take a walk down by the river and it was so much fun we did way too much and now I'm still in pain today!!
Will walk again tomorrow if it doesn't rain, if it does I usually walk the stairs at our local library now that's a killer!!

Weekend sucked a bit for me. had some good time and then - some not -so good (flat tire that then needed to be fixed). I didn't do half of the things I wanted to - but went to yoga, and met my friends. That was good.
The weight is steady - I am with my weight goal - and getting often to yoga. I feel i am getting stronger so that is great. i am also getting addicted to yoga - with real highs after classes. the extra breathing, and inversion poses - sure make difference to me. Getting the blood to my head (low blood pressure) fells great.
If everything goes well this week - I will be do yoga 5 times. 2 down - 3 to go...lol.
