I decided to post the cardio and cafe thread.  It seems that we've gotten away from posting on the weekends and I don't know about anyone else, but the weekends seem like they are my most difficult times. I know we're all busy, but I'm going to give it a shot at staying on track and making myself accountable.

Saturday..

Cardio & Cafe

Walking  / Weight training

My Food Plan:

EM -  Chocolate Protein Shake
B -     (2) Chicken wings
S -     Double Chocolate Protein Shake
L -      Mediterranean Chop Salad
(romaine lettuce, LF Feta cheese, walnuts, mandarin oranges, LF dressing)
S -     Chocolate Protein Pudding w/ whipped cream
D -     Spinach/mushroom Omelet (made w/egg beaters)

Sunday morning and its hot, sticky and humid...plan to get in some walking but it will be light walking and eating.

My Food Plan:

Protein Drinks and salads today.

My plan is to keep  my protein up, get my water in and exercise by mowing my almost foot high yard now that I have some time. Mowing should take almost an hour. I would like to also walk some if I am not to terribly tired, lol.  Will post better during the week but for today that is my game plan, Have a wonderful day everyone.

Hi Laurel D...I've found that mowing the lawn is a really good good workout.  Your lawn sound like mine LOL.  Enjoy!!
