What's the farthest "OFF TRACK" you've been, & how did you get back on??

I had RNY 4/06 & got down to 121 lbs (I'm 5'5")  That was a bit too small but I did expect somewhat of a bounceback.  Anyway, had plastics 10/08 & the recovery was hard!  Got out of the habit of working out regularly.  Then I started allowing myself certain foods I did not eat before... white carbs & sugar...  so I wound up gaining to 182 lbs.  I made excuses for myself and kept thinking I couldn't do it alone and kept asking my husband and friends for help... to exercise with me and eat better with me.  I should have realized that it's all in my control.  I cannot depend on anyone but myself which is how I did it in the first place.  I made the choice to have the surgery and follow the rules and I was happy with my accomplishment.  I was the one that made the decisions that led me off track.  Now, I am the one that is taking control.  No more excuses... no more waiting for anyone else to do this with me.  June 1st I began the P90X program and got back on track eating lean meats, fruits and veggies.  I am now down almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks.  I can do this & I will.   I intend to get back to at least 145 lbs.  I am starting to feel like the me that I really liked again :)
