Friday's Cafe and Cardio

Good Morning Everyone!   

I sit here so very grateful that it is Friday!  It was the longest short week I have had in a long time.

Today I will take 1/2 vacation day off from work so I can pick up a kitten I adopted from the "no kill shelter".  I need to take my new baby to the vet to make sure she is ok so I can take her home to my other two feline children.  It is going to be interesting to have a kitten in our home again.

Tomorrow I get to enjoy my monthly massage, I just love my DH's Christmas present.  The rest of my weekend is up in the air.  I do have lots of errands and laundry waiting to be done.

My food is kind of up in the air for today, but here is my best guess:

1. Click/chocolite/almond milk/PB2 frappe
2. Cheese stick and strawberry slices
3. Pure Protein bar (safe bet since I do not know where I will be)
4. Starbuck's coffee soy frapp light (Hopefully I will be near one)
5. steak (or other protein) and veggies
6. Protein shake

Good Morning BOTT Family,

TGIF!  It's been a long short week.  I had a great BOTT day yesterday...got a short walk in during my first break at work which felt absolutely great when I finished.  Too me awhile to whine down I was so hyped.  Followed my eating plan to the letter, and looking forward to doing the same  today.  Saw a little movement on the scale this morning....yeah!!!!

My plan for today:

Cardio - walking / weight training

Food:
EM - Chocolate Protein Shake / Decaf Coffee
B -    2oz. Tilapia w/ cheese grits
S -    Strawberry Greek Yogurt
L -    Mediterrian Salad w/ LF dressing
S -    Jalapeno Pretzels
D -    Grilled Tilapia w/ tossed salad
S -    Chocolate Protein Shake (if needed)

sigh....i came to work this morning thinking it was going to be another boaring day...my dad which is my boss here at the sheriff office walks in with smoked sausage and smothered okra....and says i thought maybe "we" could cook some chicken and okra gumbo/stew sooo i have been in the kitchen all morning here is the plan for today ..did not eat the watermelon as of yet and not sure i will....have a great day BOTTERS
