Good Morning Everyone!
After just one day of work, can you believe today is Humpday?
Yesterday was a very busy day at work and I wore my GoWear for one full day. I found the results very interesting. I tried to make the first 24 hours a typical day with no planned exercise, which is not hard for me! I still showed a deficit in my calories of more than 750 calories. But I see that an average day only nets me approximately 4000 steps and we should be around 10000 steps. The monitor showed 20 minutes of medium level activity and that was with no exercise. I think my using the stairs several times at work is where this came in.
Today I will work on adding more steps to my day. I still need to make sure I get in all my fluids. I find myself getting so busy that I am waiting until I am actually thirsty before drinking, which means I am already dehydrated.
No other plans for today other than work and home. If I get home soon enough I will take a walk to increase my steps.
My food plan for today is:
1. Click/Chocolite/PB2 frapp
2. cottage cheese w/cantelope and strawberries
3. Tomato and shrimp salad w/fat-free ranch
4. 2 low-fat cheese sticks, Fiber Gourmet cheese crackers
5. Left-over chicken and steamed veggies
6. Not sure, Protein shake or Simply 8 frozen yogurt
Yesterdays plan was near the 1800 cal. mark with dinner at Olive Garden, Today's will be around 1200 to 1300. Eating out is so dangerous for me because it adds so many unnecessary calories. I find I like my own cooking better than the restaurants lately too.

YAY, Wednesday already . I am so glad it's here. Today I get my 2nd shot in the knee.
Got measured at the fitness center and lost inches in every spot. This trainer thing and elliptical is sure working. Did 42 minutes on the elliptical this morning on Level 2. Burned 450 calories as well. It was a great workout . That's how I feel while I am doing it!
Today's meal plan:
B - Believe Mocha Latte Protein Drink
L - sliced roasted chicken over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - halibut with california blend vegetables.
S - Dannon Lite Yogurt and chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter.
Lots of water/vitamins...
