Summer Challenge - How's it going Botts?
Hey Everyone,
I have been so busy and I find if I have not planned out my meals I graze more. Do you find this to be true? I had breakfast and lunch in the "bag" but dinner was like and what should we eat? I ended up making a salad but didn't eat enough protein and found I was hungry later that night. Now I should know better
Finding time to go to the Y is a challenge it it's self. I have a neighbor that is moving and he is selling his bench and weights. I have some weights but would like a set up for when I can't get to the T.
So how are things going for you? Come on in and share, inspire and be accountable!!

I am doing good. Against all odds - and the things I had to do this morning - I went to yoga at 6:30. i really like yoga and i am so happy that i am doing it. I like morning yoga - the studio is clean (does not smell like people who have been working really hard) and morning yoga practice helps me to star my day really nice... Tomorrow I will take a break- but will go back on Saturday. That will be - 5 x a week. Not bad. And i am not even that sore. I can feel the workout - but still can move and do what I need to do.
Eating is OK, but many times at evening I realize that I did not eat enough - and then try to make up the difference. Not getting enough calories is not good.
But there are always the nuts - that have lots of calories in small volume - so I am able to get at least 1200-1400 cal a day.

I'm doing pretty good except for here the last few days. The last few days have been a little heavy on the carbs. But I've been going to my water aerobics classes the days I'm off during the week. I just can't get any motivation to do anything else. I'm having a motivation problem for most everything. I know I need to be doing more like planning my menus and writing down my food but I just can't seem to get there. I'm going back to my doc. I'm a little on the depressed side so I don't know if I need an adjustment in my meds or just a good swift kick in the rear! We'll see after I go to my doc on Friday.
