First Day of Summer Challenge - Thank you hot weather!

Good Morning to ya!  Yesterday was a very good day and I think I have the heat to thank for it.  Do you find when it's really really hot out you just don't have any appetite?  It was over 90 here and even though most of the day was spent inside just nothing sounded good so it was a protein drink for most of my meals.  I think doing this one day a week is a good thing and may start doing it on a regular basis.  

It was so hot didn't take the fur babies for a walk but did go down in the basement and work the bag.  Basements have that nice cool feel....ahhhhhhhhhh

So my friends, how are things going for you? Are you doing ok with your target goal?  Come on in and share, inspire and be accountable.

We are all in shorts once it gets above 66 where I live in the beautiful but wet pacific Northwest!
I am doing well exercise and nutrition. I am still struggling with getting all my vitamins and supplements. Calcium/ Vit D  is the worst for me! I am going to order more of those chews from Bariatric Advanyage and just put myself on the auto refill. If they are always there I should remember to take them; right? I can leave some at work to help me rememeber.
I rarely lose my appetite with the heat;unfortunately!

Doing good. On target. With food, and my yoga.   The scale went up 3 lbs - due to recovery form my virus and eating (I knew it would) so now I am also working to make sure I get that off.  I may - or I may not - since i started exercising.   I may build muscles and there is no more fat to loose - so I may even gain some weight.  As long as my "size" stays the same or goes down - I will be fine.
It is only Tuesday - and i already was in yoga every day this week - that makes it 3 times - my min weekly goal for yoga - but I plan to go every day - except Friday, and that will make 6 x a week.
