Good Morning BOTT,
I started my week off really great.  Got my food plans down for the week as well as my exercise regiment.  The scale and the tape message is definitely smiling in my favor and I couldn't be happier.

Started writing more often in my Personal Journal and reading back over past notes and writings of inspiration...has boosted my moral and made me remember and be thankful for the many hurdles I have over come.

Looking forward to a beautiful day and a fantastic week.

Monday flew by! Today is off with a jump as well; yeah!
My plan for today
0700-protein drink
0900-eggbeater veggie omellette
1200-stuffed pepper
1500-boiled egg
2000-chicken and brocoli
all my water and supplements; especially calcium and vit D.
At the very least I will do an hour of Zumba but this is a usual run day so I want to get in a short run as well. If I get off my schedule it upsets the whole week. DD wants to swim with a friend so I will be doing Zumba when I usually am on a run. I have a hard time denying her the opportunity for exercise so I can get mine by myself.
