 Hey Botts,

How did your weekend go?  Mine was good, didn't get in the exercise I wanted but ate well.  We did a garage sale over the weekend and it was GREAT!  I had some big ticket items that I didn't think would sell and they were fighting over them :-)  Had a protein shake in the morning, turkey sandwich for lunch and then a salad and shrimp for dinner.  You know how it is, when it's hot we don't seem as hungry.  It was 90 this weekend!

How did you do?  Come on in and be accountable, share and inspire!

Take care,
Kathy

My weekend was good. not great - but very good.  I have not done 1/5 what I wanted - but I got some sleep (was sleep deprived), went to yoga (once) and ate OK.  It was hot, and I was busy - out - so I had a bit of a problem getting enough calories. At this point, I can just maintain (I am 145.5  - my goal) so really have not much to lose.  But - since the stomach virus - I am not that happy about eating - if I could I would just drink my protein shakes, but... that way I could not get enough carbs, or fiber, or calories. And getting all calories from proteins - sure could affect my kidneys.
This week plan to do yoga 4-5 times a week.  Most of them is easy.  I am very surprised how well I do and how good my muscles are.  For over 8 months the only thing I did was some limited isometric exercises (you can google that) while driving, watching TV, at work, etc.  I guess they are really good.
