Back On Track Together
Am I done losing, or am I just a lazy loser??
So, I'm down 90 pounds, and am VERY happy with that. I wanna lose about 25 more. Don't get me wrong, I'd LOVE to lose even more than that, and get down to between 120-130.....BUT realistically, before I got heavy, I never weighed that weight. I've always stayed between 140-145. I'm wondering, does my body just wanna stay where it is, or am I at a 3 month stall cuz I'm a lazy ******* and I just need to work harder?? I have MS, so exercise is VERY difficult. I go for walks, but as far as heavy cardio, I just can't do it. I do what I can, when I can. Has anyone ever had a stall this long?!?!
Hi Melissa,
From the weight you've loss so far doesn't seem like u r either. Did you change your routine or maybe eat differently these past three months? Food choices can really cause traffic jams not just stalls. LOL

For what it's worth, I've read that the last 20-25 lbs can be the most difficult to lose. Mainly due to the large amount of excess skin.
I'd like to suggest that you try upping your protein intake, and maybe adding another mile to your walks.
Let me ask do you feel comfortable at your present weight? If so, then maybe you should just relax and enjoy it.
I have a close friend who'd had p/s and that effected the last 20 lbs of her weight loss, Unfortunately many of us don't have that option.
Also, are you tracking your food intake? You might have inadvertantly started adding too many refined carbs into your foods. I like to use sparkpeople.com for meal tracking, but others use dailyplate.com, or there are other sites on the internet.
Good luck!
