Hey all!

What a great day outside, no clouds, very nice warm temps... I have a naked jeep and I went tooting around today for lunch to a mediterrainean place. YUMMMM. Also hit the pilates class today. I love pilates. Its low impact but soooo good feeling.

Cardio - Pilates class for 45 minutes, 10 minutes run/walk on the tredmil before hand for warm-up

Food -
B - Egg white and cheese on flatbread
L - Lamb, hummus and tabouleh on flat wrap
D - Chili con carne
