 Ugh, I have been so busy.......  I see how important it is to eat breakfast as if you get so busy you don't have time for lunch at least you have a good start in the day...

I worked out this morning and it felt great!  Ate my oatmeal and fresh strawberries and hot tea...  

How is your day going?  Are you on track?  Is your plan coming together.  Come on in and be accountable

Hi Kathy,
So far, so good!!!  Eating well and exercising daily! 
I just started drinking green iced tea today (I'm a big regular ice tea drinker).  It's supposed to help with getting the metabolism moving.  We'll see...

I am on track today! Calories were under 1200, over 100 grams of protein and 1 hour of Zumba! I forogt my calcium but besides that I was a "good" girl today!

Hi Kathy!

I am finally on track.  I had a slow start getting there but am glad to be able to report that I was successful for 2 full days!  I feel so empowered and ready to succeed in my Challenge to a smaller size.

Yeah for BOTT!

Hi Kathy,

   Did well yesterday! The rain is finally gone for a few days and was able to be outside. I got in a walk, gardening, and I mowed the lawn. Did well with eating but still having trouble getting in 64oz of water.

Looking to have another wonderful day today.

Doing great. so far this week I went to yoga 3 times, and i am still alive.  Plan to go on Saturday, unless I could make it on Friday... (will try).
As for weight - gained back some of the lbs that I lost during the stomach flu (as expected), but i am still under 150, and my food and drinks are regular and within the limits.  My weight gain may have to do with increased physical activity, muscles inflammation and water retention - so all is cool.  The pants (6's) are still loose.  
I was surprised to find out that my body remembers yoga so well.  And that my muscles are so strong.  I have no problem going into some of more difficult poses.  Mentally - the exercise should help a lot.  (lifting my depression)
So - all is on track.  better than I ever expected.
