Good Morning Everyone!

I am happy to report that yesterday was again a successful BOTT day!  I did have to turn in early for the evening last night to make sure I was not tempted, but that just allowed me to rise earlier then usual this morning.  I used that time to work on my laundry and to clean my bathrooms.  So it has been a Win-Win situation all the way around.

I have plans to take the afternoon off from work today.  I want to attend a support group meeting approximately an hour to an hour and half away in Raleigh tonight.  So I arranged to take off so I can visit the Farmers Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Cold Water Creek, World Market and anywhere else my car takes me before the meeting.  I purposely did not invite anyone to come with me, which is unusual for me, so that I am doing what I want to do.  I can not remember when I went off by myself last.

My plans for today:

coffee w/protein creamer
click, protein, almond milk, PB2 shake
EAS protein drink
not sure from here on out but hope to have another shake before I leave work
dinner is at Chili's for the support group meeting, planning on protein and vegetables

I will make sure I have all my water in and then will drink coffee and/or tea.  My supplements are not usually a problem for me.

I hope you all have a WONDERFUL and BOTT Thursday!

Took a little stroll down "Pigout Lane" the past two days.  Today is dedicated to getting back on track - no trying to do a major calorie-cutback to make up for overeating - just the plain old 1400-1450 routine.  Will get in a little extra walking today as we are having a Stand Down event this afternoon.  (I hate team building events with a passion - but like being a team player so I will be a good team player and participate (especially since participation is mandatory LOL) and guess how the event ends?   With an ice cream social  grrrrrrrr   I shall not eat their ice cream - team be da#ned!!!!  See you all tomorrow  (purposely used the M & M man)

Hey Lady, you are seriously making me kinda nervous!  As I sit here drinking your recipe of the Lemon Shake, (which is very good), I'm planning my route for today.  It includes, meeting friends for coffee, hitting World Market for my sugar free syrups, Whole Foods for my Fage and Costco, for my staples.  We seem to be running on the same wave lengths!!!  Hope you have a good day.

Good morning fellow BOTT'ers. Sounds like everyone is busy and has shopping on their mind.

My knee is acting up again so I made an appointment to see my orthopedic surgeon. I think I might need another round of the orthovisc injections. Ugh! Better now than while I am in Austria.

Today's workout with the trainer was harder because of my hurting knee. So I told her that I couldn't do certain exercises. We got through it but not without some pain.

It was nice to get some kudos from my fellow exercisers this morning. Got complimented that I look a lot thinner. YAY!!  That sure made my day.

Eating plan for the day:
B - cottage cheese with roasted red peppers and blackberries.
L - turkey burger over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - Fage yogurt with Apricot SF preserves, vegetables.
S - chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter.

Oh yes, water and vitamins for the day.

I am so looking forward to the weekend and one day of rest without exercise! This gal is so tired.

Have a great BOTT day. Keep smiling!

Lucy
