 Hey Botts,

Let's do it    This will be our accountability thread keeping us on track for our First Day of Summer Challenge    We have 35 days to go until June 21!!!!  What is your challenge?

Mine is I want to be down one size.  Not going to use the scale but my clothes.  When we went to Greece, my pants were so tight....by the time I came home 10 days later after walking/hiking everywhere they were falling off.  BUT, the scale showed not one pound lost

You can post as much or as little here you want, but do post!!

So today I am cutting back on the carbs, increasing my cardio and strength training.  Oh and drink water, water, water.  I found when I was on vacation I didn't drink anything bu****er and it does make a difference.

LET'S GO!!!!

Take care,
Kathy

OK, I'm with you !  Mine is very small but big in my mind, I want to lose 5 more pounds, I think that is doable if I try hard enough.  So to accomplish that I need to stop the carbs again and increase my water.  Getting in my water I think is the hardest thing I have to do.  It is simple if I fill my jug up in the morning and put it on my desk, but hey, who does the easy stuff anyway?   Now it will be ME ME ME ! ! !

Sally if you find that 5 pounds is giving you fits, try changing it up, eating more protein, doing different exercises.  Also, maybe not do a number on the scale but your inches.  I look forward you us helping each other

I'll be working on losing a size and taking my vitamins as scheduled.  I've never had a problem with my belly, but since I've turned 50, I have a double roll.  So this will be my mission!
Keep on BOTTing!

Hi Kathy and BOTT'ers

I have a few challenges:
1. maintain my weight around 145 lbs (I am here now - by accident - food poisoning)
2.increase going to yoga from 2 x week to 3 x a week, and increase intensity - be able to go to more advance class by June 21st
3. De-clutter my kitchen and my herb supplies. (I have a lot herbal supplements)

Iknow... That was the only good thing about the virus - food poisononing.

I was 153 onWednesday morning, and 143 on Sunday morning.... lol.
I was even goingtomake a "funny": "How to lose 10 lbs in4 days 2 years post-op"post , but ... it was not that funny for me. NowI am slowly addding foods, like in an early phase.

Hi everyone.

My challenges are:
try to get down one dress size
drink 64 oz water daily
exercise regularly
and stay positive

I keep losing  and gaining the same 5 lbs and I'd like to get over that hump! staying positive sometimes is hard.

My goal is to get back into my exercise regiment.  Lost my Personal Trainer who after ***** footing around for months of canceling sessions decided he is closing his studio.  Upset me to the point of tears, but then I had a check of reality to know that what he has shown me for months I can do on my own.  That being said...I finally bought an Ipod and joined a gym.  I know I can do this...

This is my first challenge of many...
