Good Morning Everyone!

Its FRIDAY!  I am so ready for the weekend and I plan to be a slug!

I have been feeling really "out of sorts" the last few days, but today seems a little bit better.  I know that I get more than enough calories and I just had my labs done in March, so my supplements should be fine.  I feel a little sluggish and just can't seem to get enough sleep.  So if sleep is what my body is demanding, I will give it sleep and some down time.

The weather is predicting rain, we desperately need it here, we are in more than a 5 inch deficit already this year!

I have decided to try the liquids today to give my body a little break.

I will be getting plenty of exercise going up and down the stair today here at work.
