 Hey Everyone,

Let's kick off this party Monday.  We will come here and be accountable.  You can share your food if you want and exercise or post in our Cardio and Cafe post.  If you are having issues with vitamins, post here what you are taking and when.  Let's support and cheer each other on and give advice when asked.

I want to be down at lease one size by June 21st!  Yeah  

Thanks for joining.  I am going to talk to Cathy about sending out a group email and see if others that may have gotten busy want to join us.

I am in! I Sunday night reminder to post on Monday would be GREAT!! Don't know if those can be automated, but I'd love the reminder!!

I'm in for Monday too! Looking forward to the accountability! I want to be down one size by August 1.
I'm trying to be realistic. My hubby and I are going to look at a new gym today hopefully to join today.

I'm down with that!! I'm going to need support like crazy this month, I'm surrounded by birthdays and opportunities to fall off the wagon like crazy!!

I'm in! I need to be accountable for water and walks.  I'd like to get down a dress size.

I'm in.  I want to be down a size by the first day of spring.  

Need to concentrate on everything, but main thing  is

1.  Drink my water - make sure I get minimum of 64 oz a day in
2.  Take  my vitimins
3.  No snacks - only planned foods.

I need to drink more water and stay on the wagon while at work!

Oh ho, hey, I missed these posts!!! I'm totally in. I've gotten started all by myself this week without knowing there was a challenge. I'm definately on the right track!
