Was hoping another early bird would start this thread - but since it looks as though I'm the earliest early bird here goes:

EXERCISE:  Walking and stairs (tonight is fingernail appt. so limited walking - priorities you know LOL)

I'm still dealing with my new ulcer and should be getting my hernia fixed June 7 at 2 p.m.

Good morning fellow BOTT'ers!

It's been a hectic week for me. Work is awful and trying to get some loose ends tied up for my insurance approval to have the revision to DS - is frustrating to say the least. Getting the docs to write the necessary letters is like pulling teeth.

Anyhow, here is today's plan:
B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with radishes and mini carrots.
L - fresh shrimps over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - turkey burger with California Blend vegetables.
S - Dannon Lite & fit Yogurt; chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter. Cup of hot coffee with skim milk.

I was so happy yesterday when I was able to do 40 minutes straight on the elliptical. I think I will vary my workouts and start to do some on the treadmill as well. We'll see.

It's pouring rain here and I got soaked going to the fitness center and then to work. Good thing I have a change of clothes. My socks were soaking wet and my exercise pants were soaked from the knees down and my butt was also soaked. Even with using a golf umbrella. That's how heavy the rain is here in Illinois.

Good morning Happy and BOTTers!
I was up and out early this morning in the rain, blahhh... I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - fage w/granola
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
