Egg yolks are one of the very very very few things not good for us that really don't like. So, I keep eggs boiled ahead and when I need to add a few calories to the end of the day to stay within my calorie range I add egg whites (they are 17 calories each) I eat them with calorie free 1000 Island dressing which I get on line.
