Wednesday Cardio & Cafe
Good Morning Everyone!
I am feeling out of sorts this week. You know where you really do not feel "sick" but then you just do not feel yourself. Feeling a little achey all over and needing so much more sleep then usual.
So today I will make sure I keep hydrated and getting in all my supplements and protein. I have a huge green salad w/ "crab" meat made for lunch. I usually start my day off with a protein shake for breakfast, but that is as far as I have planned.

Goody - do you suppose what you need could even remotely be More Sleep? Are you getting your B-12 in every day? That makes such an enormous difference in my energy level. Are you eating enough calories? can't have you going around with you "tail feathers dragging" as my grandmother used to say.
My daughter leaves today to go to Louisiana to be with our granddaughter - I wish she lived here and we wouldn't have to limit our time with her. Found out Sunday that Paige is pregnant so I'll be a great-grandmother one of these days.

Good morning BOTTers!
Goody, I've been feeling the same way lately, actually for a long time now. I finally went to see my psych and she changed up my meds. Now the problem is that the new stuff is kicking my butt! I can't seem to stay out of bed. I hate when they mess with my meds. It takes forever to get back on track mentally and still try to stay on track with my weight! I've been making myself workout although, it's not with the same intensity. But I'm still doing it. My food for today:
Breakfast - fage
Snack - peanut butter on rice cake
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - beef w/veggies

Is this feeling contagious on the board. I am really wacked out today also. Came in this morning couldn't remember how to log into my computer or how to access the account I needed to look at. I will admit I haven't been sleeping like a should so that doesn't help my mental state at all.
My eating is good...just need some rest. I went to the vending machine today to see if there was anything their I wanted...ended up talking to myself and walking away as people walked by me with raised eyebrows.

B- Sausage / Blueberry Pancake (no syrup)
S - None
L- Salmon salad w/ tossed salad - LF Italian dressing

D - Grilled Tilapia w/ Spinach

But I still dont get "hungry" and I eat to eat if that makes sense. I eat because its "time to eat" or someone finally says, hey its "lunch time" or something to that affect. So I often forget or dont think about eating every two or three hours to keep me going.
My doctor suggested eating protein or getting a protein shake in every two or three hours to start my body functioning again and I find I'm having a hard time with that.
How do you break up your day? I see most people do the B, S, L, S, D schedule so I assume your in the mode now where you eat every few hours. are you eating becuase you are hungry? or a schedule that you have established?
