Where are you Goody?  I've grown to depend on you starting this thread for the day.  Hope all is well with you and for the whole BOTT  family.

Had quite a Mother's Day suprise.  I'm going to be a great-grandmother.  Not exactly the timing I would have chosen, but that choice isn't mine and my granddaughter will be a great mother (the jury's still out on her husband LOL)

EXERCISE:  Limited stairs and walking as my strained muscles are much better but still very vulnerable.  Re-strained them a little last night so have had a reminder I need to take it slow and easy for a while yet.

Monday was a rest day for me so no exercise.
0700-premier protein drink
1100-taco meat on mixed greens w lite cheese, salsa and lite sour cream
1300-strawberries
1500-1 ounce cheese
1800-flank steak, baked potato, and steamed brocoli
2000-skinny cow
2100-pistachios
2200 strawberries
A little snack happy last night! I am watching that better today.
