What are your goals this week?

My goal this week is to continue to exercise 5 or more days and 3 of those days at the gym. Continue to stay within calorie range most days with protein 1st being a focus.  What are your goals this week?

My goal is to FINALLY reach 225 lbs, WITHOUT back sliding! I've been toying with 231-225 for over the last week. Now granted I was on my period, but, I want to nail down 225 lbs this week!

Gonna follow your lead Molly and stick to my working out five days a week, and hitting the gym on Tues for my strength training with my nutritionist. Keeping all my meals to a one cup serving size and my late afternoon snack a healthy fruit snack.

Anyone else??

My goals for this week.

Start going regularly to yoga.
Start other exercises
Not drinking alcohol.
Loose 1 lb. (optional - not gain - stay within goal range)

My goals for the week are to;
1. log my food onto the daily plate every day- so far so good
2.exercise 5 days this week- off to a good start I did Zumba on Sunday and ran today.
3.take my calcium daily-failing half the time on this
4.do my physical therapy stretches as ordered- behind on this already
5. say no to any requests that put me over my threshhold for the week.- said not to a request to be a chair person for my daughters class play. I said I would be a helper but I just could not commit to chairing.
