Back On Track Together
You never know what the day will bring! Feed our hearts, not our heads!
Hi BOTTers,
I am constantly surprised when an ordinary day can become a special day. Every day is certainly special just to be alive, on track, doing a job that I love and being with those that I love. Yesterday was an ordinary day. I had certain things I needed to get done....doing them....everything was following my routine and schedule, then BAM! Someone was at my door delivering flowers. I figured they were from my hubby and sons but no.....even better because they were from someone very special to me, yet completely and totally unexpected! I was so happy, deeply grateful for the feelings she evoked in me and the feelings she must have to send them to me.
These flowers are beautiful. I've enjoyed them every minute since they arrived. I have the card sitting right here by me. Every time I see the flowers and card, my heart feels so full. Food was the furthest thing from my mind because my heart was so full.
Yesterday was yet another example that when our head hunger starts in, and we are doing the back and forth thing of "should I" or "shouldn't I" as far as staying on track or making a food choice, focus on your heart and what you really need. Feed your heart and not your head.
BOTT POWER!! Woo hoo!
