Good Morning BOTT,

Today is Thursday and for me it seems as though it was a short week.  I have been busy all week making preparations for my Mother's Day Dinner here at home.  We'll also be celebrating my Mom's 87th (3/23) birthday with family, grands, and great-grands.

Since my weekends are now free, I've become quite the social butterfly with a graduation celebration coming up on Saturday and the Breast Cancer Walk and Mother's Day Dinner on Sunday, I must remember to take some me time.  All this running around is okay, but I need to remember me first.

Hope to get in my walking and a workout today, along with a fantastic eating plan.  I hope everyone has an enjoyable stress free BOTT Day!

Good Morning Dreamgirl and OH family!

You know what they say about the best laid plans?  Well I did not get to spend much time in the office yesterday but had to make a trip to the airport in Raleigh.  The drive itself took 3 hours out of my work day.   I did take advantage of the trip and stopped at the Farmers Market for some YUMMY strawberries.

Did you all know that there are flying ladders on the I440 beltline?  I was attacked by one of those roofer's ladders while driving around the beltline.  I was grateful that it hit the road before it could come through my windshield.  It scared me more than anything else and it looks like even though I did run over it, there was no damage to my little Hyundai.

My massage last night was pure PLEASURE.  The 2 hours in the meditation room seemed like just 10 minutes at the most and really added to the experience.  I did not realize how much that time could set the mood for the most enjoyable massage I have ever experienced.

For today, I will try to stick to yesterday's original plan of trying to find the surface of my desk.  I will climb the stairs and walk as much as possible.

I have several options available in the office as mini-meals and of course I have some YUMMY strawberries that I have already cleaned and sliced.

Dreamgirl, your meal plans always looks so very YUMMO.  I wish we lived closer so we could share your plan!
Hope each and everyone of you have a WONDERFUL Thursday!

Thanks Goody...I try to change up sometimes, but my taste buds and my pouch don't always agree.  I would think that after 3 years I can eat almost anything that I want, but I can't.  I still have my limitations...I can eat chips and  pretzels, but I still dump on milk and sugar.  I guess that is a good thing.

 Goodie,
Wow!  Thankfully, you were able to avoid the "flying ladder"!  I always get nervous when there's a truck with ladders or driving behind one of the salvage trucks with the appliances hanging off.
I might steal your idea of getting a massage today.  I've been awfully stressed since getting back from vacation.  We'll see how much time I can set aside today.
Keep on BOTTing!

Ah yes, without our plans - with them we're only confused.

Dreamgirl - Watch it!  You know what happens when you let "you" time swallow up your "me" time.  Balance is the answer.  Balance is always the answer for all any problem is is when something gets out of balance.  Now knowing what balance is in each situation anc achieveing balance - there's the rub.  Not at all cut-and-dry.  Wish you well with that.  Be sure you make that Sunday celebration a BOTT friendly meal too.  Healthier for everyone concerned (no, not quite suggesting the appetizer be protein drinks all around LOL)
