Birthday BOT
Good morning everyone.
I plan on celebrating my birthday today as a BOT'er. My family is taking me out today for a nice lunch in Lake Geneva, WI. There's a restaurant that has window views over the lake.
I took today off of work to go there. I did my cardio workout this morning on the elliptical and burned 405 calories in 38 minutes. There's no excuse for not exercising on my birthday.
I plan on watching what I eat- healthy food that is good for me. If I get a free birthday treat, I plan on taking a bite and that's it. I'll donate the rest to my family to enjoy.
I'm working so hard to stay on track, and I don't want to blow it on my birthday. Hopefully, I will get my surgery date for my revision to a DS this week. I'm shooting for an August date.
Meal Plan
B - 1 scrambled egg with radishes.
L - not sure.
D - very light indeed, 1/2 turkey burger and cauliflower.
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
Of course, water and vitamins.
This lady is not going to use her birthday as an excuse to pig out today. No way! I worked too hard to get to where I am today. Not wasting my workout either! This is a promise.
I will post on the day cardio and cafe thread tomorrow with my results.
