Tuesday - Cardio & Cafe
Been missing for the past couple of days with no access to a computer. I think I'm adjusting to day work, but I'm falling into some daytime bad habits as far as eating is concerned. I've also noticed that I'm starting to have issues again with swelling of my feet and ankles. A terrible problem I had when I was heavy; some due to heat along with salt intake.
What do I do about it...stay away from the sodium? Eat the lunch I packed...and do my 15 minute walk during break and lunch time like I planned.
Welcome back Deb...received my BodyBugg now I have to use it to its full potential. Thanks for the idea of wearing the BodyBugg on my leg, I have on a really short sleeve blouse today. It saves on the questions of...what's that!

It's so good to be home, I like to go on vacation, but I LOVE to come home! I'm so glad that you got your BB, have you gotten used to it yet? It's funny, I kept looking for it when I was on vacation. I missed my bugg! I'll be working out this morning. My food for today:

A short note as I am so busy at work.
This is a short week for me. I am going to Lake Geneva tomorrow to celebrate my birthday! Of course, I am not having B' cake. Thursday and Friday are work seminar days.
Tomorrow's also measure and weigh in day at the fitness center. Today's workout had a session with floor exercises. I was able to get down and then get back up again!
Food Plan
B - Egg beaters, sliced radishes and 4 pieces of unsweetened pineapple.
L - roasted turkey breast over mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - not sure
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt and choc rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter.
Water and vitamins for the day.
That's it. Got an appointment with the nurse practitioner this afternoon and a Board meeting at night.

Well after a busy weekend, and a continually busy week.... I can finally say I am a FULL TIME EMPLOYEE as of yesterday! I started my 'new' job Monday, basically the exact same thing I've been doing except now I'm salary and will get bene's. I'm having a good time, and am training my new partner in crime. I got my new "Colleague" door card/badge today, and plan to take a full hour's lunch for the first time since my hire. I am soooo happy!!
Cardio - Walk at home if I can. Joining the gym at work soon!!
