I am starting on my journey again off taking off the weight That I have gained I was at my lowest of 217 after having a revision to the RNY from the band in 2008 and today I have ballooned up to 241 . I have decided to eat much healthier and  decided to use the weigh****chers meals and plenty of water and exercise to get back on track. I am so excited . I will be weighing in every saturday on this site to keep myself accountable until I get my weight back where I would like it to be. I believe I can do it so I will. I hope everyone has a great day

Good for you!!  I understand your issues and just don't give up and do whatever it takes to get back on track!!  Beware of the amount of points WW give you to eat.  If not hungry I would not eat all the food they tell you to and I would also stick to WLS diet which is very doable with WW.  Protein 1st.

Good for you Hondurian Queen and I'm excited with you.  Warm weather has bought about a change in me also I'm move motivated.  I use to love WW & Lean Cusine meals, but since my WLS my pouch won't let me do the frozen dinners...they make me dump every time.

Keep us posted on your progress!

Hondurian Queen...glad you settled in Vegas safely. And yay...glad you found the BOTTS Board. I lurk here more than post but I do check in. We really MUST get together.

Can never have too many WLS friends. My husband is very supportive(and proud) of me but it's not the same as my girls who have actually experienced what I'm going through.

I know you can do ANYTHING you set out to do. You've already taken the first step by posting here on BOTTS.

You are the Queen and in control of your own weight loss.  I can certainly relate to you're history, I too have started to slip a little after experiencing success.  I had surgery in 2003 and lost a lot of weight and got healthy and feeling really good about myself.  Now days for what ever reason I have started gaining some not been as persistent in my excercise program and have not been tracking my food intake like I should.  So like you this is a wake up call for me to get back on track.  Let's do this!

Hi Hondurian Queen,

I'm so glad that you found BOTT and are one of us now.

I think it is a great idea to use BOTT for your accountability weigh-in.  Lots of us check in with food, activity and post what's on our minds and going on with us.  Whatever goal you want to reach, whether WLS-related or not, BOTT POWER works!! I've posted about a couple of non-WLS goals here.  Once I shared them with all of my BOTT friends, I stopped procrastinating and went for it and, with the support of everyone here, I reached my goals!!  So, when you see BOTT POWER (which I post all the time), that's what it is about.

BOTT POWER to you too!!

Cathy
