Upon the recommendation of an OH member/friend (thanks Happy , I bought two books that I'm excited to read:

50 Ways to Soothe Yourself Without Food by Susan Albers, Psy.D.
and
Eating The Moment by Pavel G. Somov, Ph.D.

I'm looking forward to checking them out!! If anyone else has read books they find helpful, please let me know. I've read so many awesome books that members have read and shared.
