Good Morning OH family,

Today is day #2 of my recommitment.  Yesterday went well for me considering my pouch thought it should be enjoying a lot more at each "feeding".   I can see that I will need to be very aware of what and when I am eating.

I was able to sneak a peek on the forum a few times during break yesterday and really enjoyed catching up with everyone.  I also used the same time to sip, sip, sip, so it was a two for one.

I have a full day scheduled for today to include lunch with one of our company reps and several meetings outside of the office.  I have a Plan so I should be successful in staying on track again today.

I will post my food from the previous day and I welcome any and all suggestions/comments.

Yesterday went as follows:  (trying to keep to 6 mini "meals" 200-250 calories each)

wake up: coffee w/creamer (only drank 1/2 of my "cup" which ended up approximately 8 oz)
B: Click/chocolite/almond milk shake
S1: 2 Chocolite protein bars (both smores)
L: Pineapple casserole made with protein mix in place of flour
S2: HW 5 bean casserole
D: Green salad w/steak pieces and onion dressing drizzled
S3: Babebel cheese and sliced strawberries w/ lite cool whip

3-16.9 oz bottles of water
1-16 oz of herbal tea

I hope that each and everyone of you have a FANTASTIC Tuesday.

Pineapple Casserole needs to be put in the oven, but is very simple.

2 cans of pineapple tidbits, drained, reserve 3 TBS juice
3 TBS flour (I used vanilla protein powder)
1/2 Splenda (I used Whey Low)
1/2-1 C shredded sharp cheese (I used low fat)
1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (I have used crushed all bran)
1/2 stick butter or marg. (I used that heart healthy stuff)

Mix pineapple, flour, splenda and cheese in a bowl.  Pour into a casserole dish and top with crackers, drizzle marg.  Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!  It is worth turning on the oven.
