What are your goals this week?

My main goal this week is to continue to read the book Dare to Lose.  I have had it for weeks now and it is hard finding time to read it. 

Keep exercising 5 to 6 days a week 40 min or more. I want to make it to the gym at least 2 days this week also so I can use the strength training machines. 

And continue to fine tune my eating which is coming along slowly but I am making progress.  What are your goals this week?

My main goal for this week is to get back on track!  I plan to eat better and move to loose this week.  I made some progress last week this week the plan is to do even better!

Let's see... this week

this week specific projects (start to finish)
- no alcohol drinking this week and weekend (i do like my wine lol)
- no TV watching except while exercising.
- really start going to yoga (stop talking about it and start doing it)
- clean the fridge and the freezer...
- clean winter shoes and put them in storage

ongoing projects:
-clean my paperwork  (i have so much of it - that it will take a few weeks)
-clean the house (start the process)
-organize the garage (where to start ???? it is a mess)
-decluter

I am working on decluttering also.  That is a project in progress and very helpful.

My main goal is to exercise at least 3 days this week.  I know its not much but better than last week which was once.  No alcohol during the week, I am only going to allow my self coctails on the weekends I have been having  way to many of them.  I also will  eat better and no candy.  Thsesare really big goasl but day by day and we all need to remember that we are doing this for us.
