Good Morning BOTT,

It's Friday and we've made through another week.  The weather promises too be beautiful and warm today; a prelude to SPRING!  We've faced a lot together this week.

Haven't seen too many post on the Cardio & Cafe threads this week.  If you're not on track...post anyway.  Sometimes posting brings us back to the task at hand and makes us accountable to ourselves.  Start out fresh today...

Didn't exactly stick to my plan yesterday, we had a breakfast/meeting.  I usually don't eat eggs, but I had a Spinach/Tomato Omelet...yummm!  That pretty well filled me up for the day.  I'm finding it hard to eat all my meals...OMG!  did I say that?  The transistion from night today has changed my eating pattern..hopefully a change for the better.

My plan for today...(eat my meal packed from yesterday)

Cardio:
Walking (Campus grounds & treadmill)

Food:
EM -  Chocolate Protein Shake / Coffee
B -     Turkey Bacon w/Spinach Quiche
S -     Greek Yogurt
L-      Turkey Bacon w/Spinach & Pepper Jack Cheese Omelet
S -     Chocolate Protein Shake
D -     Grilled Tilapia w/ Garlic Spinach

Calories  1013  Carbs  56.4g  Protein  121.9g

Good morning Dreamgirl and BOTTers!
WooHoo, It's Friday!!!  We leave early tomorrow morning for vacation.  I've been on top of things this week, so today I can take my time and pack and just chill.  No exercise today.  But I will be hitting the gym while in Mexico.  My food for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal
Snack - protein bar
Lunch - hot dog
Snack - apple w/cream cheese dip
Dinner - chili
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

So I am very excited I lost two pounds.  I feels good to be hopefully on a bigger streak than I was, for the last three weeks I was only losing 1/2 a pound each week.  So YEAH me!

EM - protein cereal with almond milk
B - egg beater, spinach, turkey quiche (made these for the first time in muffin pans)
S - Strawberry/Banana Shake
L - tuna and celery sticks
S - shake - not sure which flavor yet
D - ?

Tochatty, Congrats on your acheivements!  I see you're also a Turkey Bacon and Spinach Quiche fan, although I've never tried making it it muffin pans.  It is a staple in my household, has saved me from grabing some junk food on many occassion!
