I know they push a lot of products on the Biggest Loser, but other than seeing the contestants wearing them on the show I don't know too much about them.  I wanted to know if anyone here has one and have you seen the benefits of using it.

I do.  I bought it just before my surgeries and with my phobia about being able to learn to use new electronic gadgets I believe I have let the time for free instructions pass.  I tried it out for the first time Sunday just to count steps but it does so many more things.  I just e-mailed them and asked to be contacted - I probably will have to buy instruction now but that is OK - I am fascinated by all it does.  I was very pleased with it counting my steps and look forward to more fully utilizing all of its "tricks".  I know Deb uses one so hopefully she will respond.

Hey Happy,
If you have a 24 hr. Fitness gym close by, I'm pretty sure you could pick up an instruction book from them.  I can also help you set up your bugg and try to answer any questions you have.

Don't have such a gym class, but I may call on you for help.  I will see what BB has to say in their reply.  I don't even know what I need to do everyday - so you see I'm really starting from scratch.  But I think It's going to be great.  Since our offices are so cold (I guess because they are in the hospital and hospitals keep the temp low as the theory is germs don't like to cold  - I must be a germ LOL) wearing it all day won't be a problem at all.  It satisfies that need I have (pathological I'll admit) to know "exactly"  what I'm doing  Again, thanks for your offer, I sure appreciate it!

Deb - what do I have to do (and how do I do it) everyday to make my BB work?

Happy,
Refresh me on what and when the last time that you used the bugg.  You need to go to the bb site and upload your bugg.  This way it's up to date with the system.  Do you know how to set up your goals?  If not, it would be easier to do it over the phone or I can mail you my instruction book.  Let me know what you prefer.

I used it Sunday.  I don't know how to set it up but my grandson-in-law did something for me - did he set it up?  Could I have used it at all if it wasn't set up?

Hmmm...
Well, had it been charged before you wore it? It may have recorded your activities if it was charged.  Have you signed into BB site and opened the program to upload any info yet?  I would start there, to get an idea on how much needs to be set up.  If you need help just email me at [email protected]   I check my email more frequently during the day than OH.

I know John charged it for me.  I'm printing off the User Guide - although I think I have it at home.  Will see what I need to do this weekend when I have time (time to do it and time to calm down my panic that I'm going to do something wrong and ruin it - may also call the customer service # and if I need to.  Right now you have enough to do to get ready to go to Mexico - go and have fun and check with me when you get back.  Thanks so much, Deb
