Good Morning BOTT Family,
I can't believe it's Thursday, my goodness, where has the week gone?  Happy thanks for asking for this early post of the Cardio & Cafe thread...it is helping me to stay focused and accountable. Other than having a problem sleeping all night (it's 3:21am) I'm doing okay making the adjustment to days.

I hope everyone is doing there best and staying as focused as possible.  I did get a little side tracked yesterday, as rushing around in the morning getting ready for work I forgot my "Lunch/Survival Bag."  I ate breakfast and lunch from the cafeteria and I don't know if its me, the food or my taste buds, but I kind of prefer my own home prepared meals.

Looking forward to a BOTT day and I hope you have a successful one as well!

My plan for today...

Cardio:
Walk around the campus grounds (if no rain)

Food:
EM -  Chocolate Protein
B -     Turkey bacon/Spinach Quiche
S -     Strawberry Greek Yogurt (first time trying)
L -      Spinach Omelet w/Pepper Jack Cheese
D -     Tilapia w/ Garlic Spinach

Calories 970  Carbs 50.4g  Protein 121.9g

Have a great Thursday BOTT Family!

Good morning Dreamgirl and BOTTers,
It's so funny that you mention about preferring your own meals.  I'm the same way.  Everyone thinks I'm crazy because I don't like to eat out.  Nothing tastes better than my own meals.  I'll be hitting the gym later this morning.  My food for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - 1/2 ham and cheese sand.
Snack - apple w/cream cheese dip
Dinner - hebrew nat'l. hot dog on low carb bun
Snack - fage w/ s.f. caramel
Have a great day!

And I thought I was an early-bird!!!!   I really appreciate you posting this thread.

OK - here goes

EXERCISE:  Stairs and walking.  After work yesterday (and I had done a fair amount of walking at work) I walked two miles in the park.  And the good news is I'm beginning to pick up my time - first was a 20 minute mile and the second a 21 minute mile.  No speed demon  but way faster than I have been doing.  Won;t have time to do that this afternoon as it is my fingernail/hair cut appointments - one must PRIORITIZE you know

FOOD:
B - NP blueberry hot oatmeal - 150
Unjury vanilla protein powder - 100
      Whole flax seeds - 90
S - HW choc drink - 80
L - Turkey/Pork sausage meatloaf - 259
Finn multigrain thin crisps - 40
      HW choc drink - 80

Good morning Dreamgirl and fellow BOTT'ers!

I'm happy that it is Thursday! One more day of exercise; then a day of rest.

Today was workout day and boy, did I get a workout!

Yesterday's luncheon celebration for my Sister's birthday went well. I had tilapia and vegetables - so I was on track!

Today's meal plan:

B - 1 jumbo hard boiled egg, radishes and roasted red pepper.
L-  turkey burger sliced over mixed green salad.
D - Pork Loin with California Blend Vegetables.
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt and Chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter - my favorite of the day!

Vitamins and water too.

Enjoy this great BOTT day everyone!

Hugs,
Lucy
