Welcome to Hump Day. When I woke of this morning, I had to think twice about what was today. More so than that I didn't know where I was...I'm sure it has happened to you.
Well, today promises to be a gloomy day, but things are looking bright for us as we do our best to stay on track. We're starting ti shed that winter wardrobe little by little.

L - Mediterarrian Greek Salad (all veggies little feta cheese)

Good morning,
Trying to start back on solid food after having the stomach flu for about 5-6 days. Afraid of gaining back the weight I just lost. (7lbs.)
Walk in the park tonight for exercise
1/2 c. coffee w/ cream
B- 1/2 can of chix soup - 4 crackers
L- 1/2 can chix soup - crackers
d- ? (see if soup does OK or not)
Lots of water!
Keeping my head up, things can only get better.

I've been busy the last few days preparing for our vacation, 4 more days and we leave for Mexico. Hopefully I'll be able to get some much needed rest. No workout for me today, it's my day off. My food plan:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal
Snack - click
Lunch - ham and cheese on low carb bread
Snack - apple w/cream cheese dip
Dinner - chili
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Oh Deb, be careful in Mexico - we've been getting all kinds of dire warnings here on base that there should be no travel to Mexico unless absolutely vital due to the danger. Have fun while you're on vacation, but come back safe

Today I have the day off as I am going out with my family for my sister's birthday.
I did my elliptical workout this morning. YAY!! Worked hard and feel good. I got my measurements and weight done at the fitness center. I am happy as I lost 3 pounds in the past 2 weeks and more inches.
I had my phone consultation yesterday afternoon for my potential revision to a DS with a physician assistant from Dr. Rabkin's office. All went well. Now to get the documentation together to submit for insurance approval.
Today's Meal Plan:
B - Egg beaters Southwestern style with radish slices.
L - not sure, going out for lunch
D - turkey burger with california blend vegetables.
S - Dannon LIte & Fit Yogurt, chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter.
Vitamins and water.

I am doing a five day liquid diet to help purge the carbs and sweets I have gotten back into this past weekend. Boo me! hehe
I did great today in sticking to my guns. No food has passed my lips today. I'm not even eating soup. Protein powder, tea (herbal and green), crystal lite, and water only.
Gonna get back track and back to my healthy eating that I have been adhereing to until this past weekend. Go me!! hehe
